Structure
Until the 1980s Case Beppino was an agricultural company. In 2010 Giuseppe fell in love with the location, the view over the Apuane Alps and Mount Pania. Giuseppe began a long renovation and completed it in 2021 realizing 2 houses (Tramonto and Tradizione Toscana) for tourist use.
The positive energy of the place at 395 meters of altitude, the absolute tranquility in the open countryside, and with the desire to recover the disused olive grove, completed the passion for "Tuscan Tradition" (which can also be divided into 2 apartments). To revive the original atmosphere of the place ancient / original Tuscan materials have been used, while equipping it with all the modern comforts.
The other house "Tramonto", which was originally a stable, has been given a modern cut, with an open space that benefits from a large amount of light thanks to a spectacular "mandolata"(Typical Tuscan structure of bricks), recovered as it was originally

In fact the town of Barga, a well-known tourist destination awarded among the "most beautiful villages in Italy", can be reached on foot at about 1.5 km, and by car at about 2 km. It offers excellent restaurants, a supermarket, shops, tennis courts, a municipal swimming pool and an equestrian center.
Case Beppino is the ideal starting point to visit the north of Tuscany: Lucca (35 minutes), Pisa (50 minutes), the Tyrrhenian Sea / Versilia (1 hour), Florence (1 hour and 30 minutes). The characteristic villages of the Garfagnana, the surrounding mountains and the passes can be reached in a short time: Passo Radici (altitude 1,589 m), Abetone (1,388 m) and Renaio (1,000 m, only 20 minutes away).
All this allows a stay of absolute relaxation to enjoy excursions, or visit the cities of Tuscany.
